Job Introduction

We're looking for a friendly and organised individual to join our Maintenance Helpdesk team, helping us manage maintenance calls from our cardfactory stores and warehouses. This role involves answering and processing incoming calls, logging detailed information, and uploading photos to our in-house Joblogic system. You'll play a key part in triaging issues, assessing priority levels, and even help resolve some problems over the phone where possible.

Your day-to-day will include updating store details, uploading compliance certificates, and checking that subcontractor jobs have been completed properly. You'll follow up on existing calls, arrange visits with subcontractors, and help coordinate logistics like hotel bookings for engineers and access to shopping centres via their portals.

We're looking for someone with a basic understanding of general maintenance issues to help answer calls, so an excellent telephone manner is essential for this role. You’ll also have solid experience in administration and Microsoft office packages and the ability to communicate clearly across departments.
