Job Introduction

As one of the key strategic growth channels for Card Factory, we have a large new product pipeline.  The Online Product Co-ordinator role is the key link between the design studio and manufacturing in bringing new products to life. The role involves working closely with the Buying, Online set up and IT teams to launch new products on time. 

Main Responsibilities

  • ​Responsible for managing the timely delivery of new online ranges by effectively managing the critical path for product & supplier launches, working closely with the Online Buyers
  • Co-ordinates product delivery from template creation through design setup to production & transit testing and approval
  • Carry out product reviews, have value and cost price awareness, manage tendering and sample approval
  • Managing supplier relationships through set up & testing
  • Develops strong cross-functional partnerships with Printcraft, the Studio, and third party suppliers – [product set up online
  • Provide and analyse data to ensure informed buying decisions are made
  • Collaborates with buyers across the business to leverage CF supply base options
  • Understands the market, carrying out key competitor analysis and comparative shopping

  • Enjoy understanding figures and sales data
  • Good time management, and ability to deliver to strict timescales
