We're hiring a Property Administrator on a 12-month fixed term contract with excellent communication and organisational skills to support our property team. Join our team and assist the New Store Opening Team in various administration tasks, work with internal and external stakeholders, and help to successfully deliver projects. Main Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Opening Team with the distribution of store plans, contractor packs and retail packs in line with the new store opening pipeline
  • Assist with the upkeep of information and property records held on M-Store Property Management database
  • Assist with change of tenancy requirements for utility connections in new stores, relocations and closures
  • Assist with the preparation of store fit out tender packs
  • Assist with statutory applications where required
  • Create store posters advertising store opening, relocation, refit or closure dates
  • Assist the Store Opening Team and Warehouse Team with the management of direct supply stock held for new and existing stores, liaising with suppliers to ensure stock orders land within the agreed timeline
  • Liaising with external contractors and suppliers to assist with the delivery of projects on the Property Pipeline

The Ideal Candidate

  • High level of organisational skills 
  • Experience working within a fast-paced office environment
  • Administration experience is essential
  • Experience working with Microsoft Packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with Adobe Packages (InDesign & Illustrator) desirable 
  • High level of both written and verbal communication skills
